This page (in progress) provide access to the various contributions made by the immunology student at the BSc level at the Unievsrity Paul Sabatier of Toulouse, France. You will find courses, videos, interviews, 3D printings and serious games in immunologie made by our students. You will also find later Spanish-->French translations of the Immunopildoras, a collection of videos made by Alfredo Corell from the University of Valladolid, Spain. Most ressources are in french: sorry!
IMMUNOLOGY VIDEOS
- Here is a video describing how the experiment elucidating the structure of peptides presented by MHC class I (a major discovery made by the group of
Hans-Georg Rammensee). The video was assembled by Marie-Alexane, Julie and
Thomas in 2015.

- Here a remarkable animation by Mireia et Diane telling us about immunity to foetus
- A video made by Thomas, Juliette, Iris, Rébecca, Louise, Guilhen entitled "Méchant Microbe" to teach basic notions of our immune system to children siffering from Primary Immune Deficiencies with the frame of a Threapeutic Patient's Education led together with the Children Hospital in Toulouse-Purpan (DIP4KIDS project)
- A documentary made by Marine and Ida entitled "Dr. je veux comprendre", still within the frame of the DIP4KIDS project.
- A video to explain how lymphocytes are guided toward their final destination (made by Arthur and Léonie)
- A video on vaccines by Amel and Sylvie
3D PRINTING OF PROTEINS OF IMMUNOLOGICAL INTEREST
- The students identify molecules of immunological interest in protein databases then adapt the object to make it prinitable in 3D. Printing is performed at the CampusFab, the FabLab of the Paul Sabatier University. The 3D models are deposited on Thingiverse a server collecting all printable 3D structures.
SERIOUS GAMES IN IMMUNOLOGY
- The Pokimmuno game and a whole bunch of books, apps, board games and electronic games made by students
IMMUN-E-SCAPE, The Escape Game based on the scenario of the immune response
ImmunEscape was developed by Denis Hudrisier eand his students at the University Paul Sabatier in partnership with Science Animation and the Catalyseur: the escape room wil open in fall 2019. This project i supported by Fondation Catalyses and Prix PEPS 2018.
